Shipping Terms & Conditions
Many of our freight carriers require a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift for truck unloading.
Most of our customers opt to ship directly to the shop installing their part, provided it is a commercial business address.
If you cannot provide a commercial business address, we can deliver the part to a freight terminal for your pickup at no additional charge.
Please contact us first so that we can provide the location of your closest freight terminal.
Small items will be shipped with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your part ships.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.
Returns Terms & Conditions
If you need to return an item, please initiate the return and select the reason “I changed my mind.” A return label will then be issued. All parts are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If any part supplied by Yaris Autocare proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery, and contact Yaris Autocare within 1 working day. Goods once signed for are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
Suppose a part is supplied as ordered but the customer has ordered incorrectly. In that case, we must be contacted immediately via eBay message, and the part returned to Yaris Autocare within 7 days of purchase at the customer’s cost.
Refunds will only be processed upon the return of the goods to our premises.
Please ensure all goods are thoroughly checked before being signed for. Refunds may not be possible for goods damaged in transit.
The terms “unexamined” or “unchecked” on the delivery note/docket are not acceptable.
Yaris Autocare will not be held responsible for refunding goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.
